Apple Cider Vinegar for PCOS, and Insulin Resistance.

                          
Take Apple Cider Vinegar before or with your meals. This allows the ACV enough time to absorb into your system and start working.

By taking ACV before or with meals it will help reduce the rise of your blood sugar that normally occurs after you have finished eating.

This greatly aids in reducing the spike in your blood sugar and keeps your body from producing to much Insulin.

When your body is not producing large amounts of Insulin it reduces the amount of testosterone.

When you lower your testosterone you also reduce your PCOS symptoms such as. . .acne, hair loss, excess hair and menstrual irregularity.


Directions :

Use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar  ( with the mother)

You will need to dilute the ACV with water. I take 2 to 4tsp with a half of glass of water.

The taste will take some getting use to. Try starting off with a lower amount and working your way up.
